Role Overview:

Minarah College is seeking qualified and experienced ENGLISH Teacher to join HIGH SCHOOL.

Candidates must specialise in English teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons that cater to a diverse range of students.

Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress, implementing strategies for improvement.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.

Stay current with developments in science education and integrate innovative practices and technologies.

Key Selection Criteria:

Relevant teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation.

Extensive teaching experience in secondary education.

A minimum of 1-2 years of secondary teaching experience is required.

Strong understanding of curriculum design and assessment practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to the values and ethos of Islamic education.

Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.

Employment Conditions:

Teachers at Minarah College are employed under the Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025
