Job Description:


College is seeking a dedicated and reliable Community Liaison Coordinators (2 roles ) to join our 
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships 
between the school, parents, and the local community. This role is crucial in promoting family 
engagement, facilitating communication, and supporting the school's mission to provide a supportive 
and enriching environment for all students.


Key Responsibilities:


Community Engagement: Develop and implement programs and events to engage parents 
and community members in school activities.
Communication: Serve as the primary contact for parents and community partners, 
addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Outreach: Coordinate outreach efforts to ensure diverse community representation and 
participation in school events and decision-making processes.
Support Services: Connect families with local resources and services that support student 
well-being and academic success.
Collaboration: Work closely with school staff to identify and address community needs, 
fostering a collaborative and inclusive school culture.
Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various school programs 
and events.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of community interactions and prepare regular reports 
on community engagement activities.

Qualifications:


Skills:
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Strong organizational and project management abilities.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools 
such as newsletters and social media.

o Passionate about education and community building.
o Culturally responsive and able to work with diverse populations.
o Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
o Proven record of current active involvement in parental engagement.
